Kickbacks
Information
On the 22nd of March, the Swiss Supreme Court delivered a constitutional judgement, BGE 132 II 460, in respects of kickbacks.
For the time being, the situation stayed calm. This phenomenon was related to the good income of the customers and therefore they did not take any legal action against the fund administration.
Due to the financial crisis and the related financial losses, the situation has changed. More and more customers are taking legal action against their banks and fund administrations.
The actions of our Law Firm in respect of the kickbacks, especially Mr. Daniel Fischer’s commitment in this matter, are a relevant part of our legal services.
