| The social security system of Switzerland is one of the most important achievements of the social security of our country. It is based on Art. 111-114, 116 and 117 of the constitution and is a compulsory mechanism with which the contributions are deducted from the wages depending upon their amount. We particularly represent clients within the field of invalidity insurance. |
| Regrettably the relatively complicated system means that only an attorney in connection with an expert physician can enforce an insurance claim. Often additional liability requirements have to be considered. The medical assessment of the suffering is also of decisive importance. In many cases an expertise decides the proceedings. The expertise also depends on which medical field of practice the expert belongs to. Therefore the selection of the expert is fundamental. |
